For customers with single server colocation, we offer remote reboot functionality via the client portal. Our team is always available close by when something goes wrong and a reboot is required.
One Data Center America can accommodate additional power, bandwidth and rackspace request. For those customers rapid growth, we also offer options to include ramp-up terms and rights of first refusal (ROFR).
We understand connectivity is vital to your business. This is why we offer upgradable connectivity options.By default, we provide premium BGP blended bandwidth, but we can also upgrade network ports on the fly upon request.
We also provide the option to cross-connects to on-net carriers and more! Need a secondary network port such as HRSP for added redundancy? No problem – you can speak directly with one of our network admins for the best redundancy solutions available.
Our Data Center utilizes infrastructure for maximum power redundancies. The power infrastructure consist of UPS’s, ATS and a 1.1 megawatt Diesel-Powered Generator. Our Diesel-Powered generator has a large diesel fuel tank, capable of fueling the generator for 144+ hours while running at full load.
Secondary power sources are available as well – and is what we call “B” power. Our “B” power is delivered via secondary electrical panels, and protected via separate and different UPS and ATS sources.
SINGLE SERVER COLOCATION
One Data Center America offers single server colocation for customers who already own their own infrastructure or are planning to purchase their own infrastructure, but would still like to house these infrastructures in a secure location optimized for maximum up-time.
Our single server colocation package comes with a primary source of power, a single remote reboot port and a single uplink consisting of our very own blended premium bandwidth. The remote reboot function is also provided and available via the client portal. Remote hands can be requested via the ticketing portal.
MULTI SERVER RACKSPACE COLOCATION
One Data Center America offers colocation packages for multiple servers, firewalls, and other IT infrastructure devices for customers who have outgrown their current office space or are seeking to maximize up-time by colocating their equipment in a secure data center facility with multiple redundancies designs in power, connectivity, and cooling.
Flexible colocation solutions are available whether you need 10U, 20U,42U. We offer half cabinets and quarter cabinets.
PRIVATE CAGE COLOCATION
One Data Center America offers private cage colocation: the colocation option with enhanced security. We provide private locked cages, segregating customer racks and equipment into defined zones. ANTENNA COLOCATION
One Data Center America is among the few data centers with a tower on-site, with tower colocation available to existing data center customers and non-customers. Our on-site lattice tower is 110 feet tall and has 360-degree coverage of the Inland Empire.
